  • Securing your spot for an expedition requires an initial $1000 deposit.

Balance is due 60 days prior to embarkation.

If you book an expedition within 60 days of departure, we require payment in full. Availability, discounts and pricing may change and cannot be guaranteed until your expedition is confirmed with a deposit.

The remaining balance doesn't need to be settled until 60 days prior to our departure date. We offer flexible payment plans, allowing you to pay off your balance in increments that suit your financial convenience, at any time.

While deposits are non-refundable, they aren't lost in case your plans change. If necessary, you can transfer your deposit to another trip scheduled within one year of your original booking date. This way, we ensure that your investment in adventure and exploration is always valued and protected.

  • If you cancel your expedition, cancellation fees will apply:

If cancelled more than 60 days before original expedition start, the deposit will be offered as a credit towards a future expedition. If add-on options have been paid for, these expenses will be reimbursed.

If guest cancels 30-59 days before the original expedition start, the entire charter fee paid to date will be offered as credit towards a future expedition. If add-on options have been paid for, these expenses will be reimbursed, unless cancellation occurs within seven days of departure.

Deposits are non-refundable as we finalize payments to our vendors for accommodation, boats etc well in advance.

WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO INVEST IN TRAVEL INSURANCE!

  • We highly recommend you arrange travel insurance in case you need to cancel for an unexpected reason to cover non-refundable deposits.
